The Viewsonic VX27G26-2K-3 is a new gaming monitor that has been introduced in China. It’s a 27-inch Fast IPS gaming monitor with a 360Hz refresh rate and QHD resolution. Launch and pricing details are yet to officially emerge.
Viewsonic has introduced a new gaming monitor in China, the VX27G26-2K-3. It’s a slightly downgraded variant of the VX27G26-2K-4, which the company introduced in late 2025. While it also features a 27-inch Fast IPS panel, the display has a rated 360Hz refresh rate.
To compare, the VX27G26-2K-4 is a 425Hz gaming monitor. The good part is that the newer variant, which is the VX27G26-2K-3, retains the QHD resolution, and Viewsonic notes that the panel has a 1ms (GtG) response time.
The company adds that the 27-inch Fast IPS panel has a color depth of 16.7M and can cover 100% sRGB and 98% DCI-P3 color spaces. There isn’t much difference in terms of the design when compared to the VX27G26-2K-4. The newer model comes with slim bezels and has a relatively compact base.
As for the port configuration, the VX27G26-2K-3 gaming monitor has a relatively simple setup. More specifically, it has the following ports:
- 2x DisplayPort 1.4
- 2x HDMI 2.1
- 1x audio out
- 1x USB Type-A
Among these, the HDMI ports can max out at a 320Hz refresh rate, while it’s possible to get native 360Hz through the DisplayPort ports (6.6-feet Silkland DP1.4 cable curr. $19.99 on Amazon). Other highlights included HDR10, FreeSync and G-Sync compatibility, and Night Vision mode. There is still no official word on the price and availability, but Viewsonic is expected to launch this gaming monitor soon in China and then introduce it to the global market.
