Accor, a global leader in hospitality, proudly announces the signing of Novotel Tirupati and ibis Styles Tirupati, a new cluster hotel in India’s pilgrimage destination of Tirupati.
The expansive 350-key multi-brand hotel complex is set to transform the hospitality landscape of Tirupati, a city that draws millions of devotees to the renowned Tirumala Venkateswara Temple each year. As Tirupati evolves into a hub for education and business, bolstered by expanding infrastructure and modern amenities, this venture will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for quality accommodations.
This milestone signing underscores Accor’s commitment to expanding its presence in key destinations across India. Developed by Shravanthi Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, the new cluster of hotels will feature 180 guest rooms at Novotel Tirupati and 170 guest rooms at ibis Styles Tirupati, ensuring a diverse range of options to accommodate all types of travellers.
Located in the heart of Tirupati, the two hotels will offer a wide array of amenities, including two all-day dining options, a specialty restaurant, and two bars, along with a shared lobby bar and café. Guests can enjoy a fitness centre, a swimming pool, and over 1,000 square meters of flexible banquet and meeting spaces, ideal for events of any size and scale.
