Xiaomi has released the Mijia Washing Machine Pro Super Electrolytis Smart Wash and Dry 10kg in China. This is a smaller version of the recently released Mijia Washing Machine Pro Super Electrolytis Smart Wash and Dry 12kg.
This version of the Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine Pro is said to be able to protect against color bleeding and remove 20 types of stains, including soy sauce, fruit juice and blood, thanks to its super electrolysis technology. It can also reverse the yellowing of white clothing, with the company suggesting its power in a single wash is equivalent to 50 g (~1.8 oz) of color safe bleach.
Xiaomi’s Mijia Washing Machine Pro is said to deliver a 99.99% sterilization rate. It offers a range of 21 washing programs, including a steam cleaning option and a 12 minute quick wash. Detergent can be intelligently dispensed from two compartments, which are said to hold up to 30 days’ worth of each liquid. Plus, the machine also offers low temperature drying, automatically stopping when water is no longer detected. Thanks to Xiaomi HyperOS Connect, you can remotely control the device via the brand’s app or with Xiao AI voice commands.
In China, the Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine Pro Super Electrolytis Smart Wash and Dry 10kg will retail for CNY 3,799 (~$545). It is unclear whether or when this model could be released in other markets like Europe; in countries like Spain, the company already sells the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg (curr. €499 at Xiaomi Store).
