UEFA have appointed Italian referee Davide Massa as the man in charge of Wednesday’s match between Benfica and Real Madrid, which will be played in Lisbon (21:00 CET).

Davide Massa will referee the match between Real Madrid and Benfica, on matchday eight of the Champions League, which will be played at the Estadio da Luz (Wednesday, 9 pm CET). The Italian will referee for the second time a match involving our team in Europe’s top competition after Real Madrid-Leipzig in the second leg of the last 16 of the 2023/24 edition (1-1).
