Anker has officially launched its Solix C2000 Gen 2 portable power station with several connectivity options. The company’s new power station is designed to deliver high performance. This model offers various upgrades over the last generation model, such as ultra-fast charging and 4,000 W peak power output. On top of this, it supports expansion up to 4 kWh.
Anker Solix has expanded its portfolio of portable power stations with the launch of the new Solix C2000 Gen 2 power station. Anker’s new model is primarily aimed at campers, vanlife enthusiasts, and households looking for a reliable and flexible mobile power supply. It comes as an immediate rival to Bluetti’s Elite 200 V2 portable power stations, which debuted last year in November.
Speaking of powered things, the Solix C2000 Gen 2 boasts a 2,048 Wh LFP battery, which is said to deliver 2,400 W of power (4,000 W peak power output). It also has ultra-fast charging support, and according to the company, the C2000 can be charged to 80% in just 45 minutes and 100% in just 58 minutes via the AC + solar charging method.
Additionally, there are multiple options available for charging the device, including 2,600 W AC + solar, 2,300 W wall outlet, gasoline/gas generator, 800 W solar, 800 W via vehicle engine/alternator, and 120 W via 12 V car socket. Anker claims that the LFP battery has a 4000+ cycle lifespan and can last more than 10 years even with daily use.
Like the Elite 200 V2 (curr. available at $799 on Amazon), the Solix C2000 Gen 2 is expandable up to 4 kWh via the Anker Solix BP2000 Gen 2 expansion battery. Despite its large battery capacity, it’s comparatively lighter and more portable than the Elite 200 V2. Speaking more precisely, the portable power station measures 459 x 250 x 257 mm (18 x 9 x 10.1 inches) and weighs around 18.9 kg (41.6 lbs).
Moreover, you can remotely manage the gadget through the Anker smartphone app. It has a total of nine ports, including two 140 W USB-C PD ports. As for price, the Anker Solix C2000 Gen 2 power station is priced at €1,499. It’s also available in a bundle with the Anker Solix BP2000 expansion battery pack.
As a part of the early bird price offer, the company is offering the power station for a special price of €999 and a free 100 W solar panel for those who pre-order the gadget. It’s worth noting that the pre-order phase is running until 23rd Feb, while the open sales will begin on 24th Feb via Anker Solix’s official website.
