A pair of Spartans have been invited to the 2026 NFL Combine.
The official list of NFL Combine invitees has been released this week and two players from Michigan State got the nod to compete at the notable pre-NFL Draft event. Those two Spartans are:
- Matt Gulbin (interior offensive lineman)

Both Gulbin and Eckley were key contributors for the Spartans this past season and appear most destined to be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft in April. Eckley was an All-American this past season and also earned the Big Ten’s award for top punter in the league.
The NFL Combine is scheduled to take place from February 23 to March 2 in Indianapolis, Ind. The NFL Draft will be held from April 23 to April 25 in Pittsburgh.
