After a 23-11 record, BYU will go dancing for the third consecutive season. The Selection Sunday show begins Sunday at 4pm MT on CBS where BYU will hear its name called and find out its draw in the NCAA Tournament. You can catch early championship odds at FanDuel.

Due to BYU’s no Sunday play policy, the Cougars’ possibilities of where to play are cut in half. BYU can only be in the West and South Regions — those are Thursday-Saturday regions for the Sweet 16/Elite 8 — so you don’t need to pay attention when the East and Midwest Regions are announced.

In the first two rounds, BYU can only be in four opening round sites — Portland, Oregon; Greenville, South Carolina; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Buffalo, New York. BYU is hoping for a 6 seed, which is where Bracket Matrix currently has the Cougs. BYU has a good case for a six seed with its mix of Q1/Q2 wins and strength of schedule, which includes a top 50 non-conference SOS.
