Do You Really Need a Big Career Change?

Of all the people who say they need a career change, many don’t actually need one. Much of the time, it’s something in their jobs or in themselves — like skills — they need to change. The author shares two examples of clients that came to her saying they needed a radical change, and offers three recommendations for readers in a similar situation: 1) understand your context, 2) stay flexible, and 3) make an informed decision.
