Nebraska (27-0, 17-0) returned home to battle conference neighbor, Iowa (14-15, 5-12) on Thursday night. The Huskers grabbed another sweep on the season, improving to 27-0 for the second time in three years and earning a share of the Big Ten title.
Nebraska can outright take the conference crown if it wins one more match. This would be the Huskers’ third-straight conference title, a feat they haven’t achieved since 2004-2008. It would also make Dani Busboom Kelly the first coach in Big Ten history to win the conference title in her first year as head coach at the school.
